2. CEU Eligibility & Compliance

It is your responsibility to confirm that any course you take from HCES meets the continuing education requirements of your professional board or licensing body.

3. Account Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Sharing login credentials or certificate files with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for technical issues preventing access, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

Certificates are issued only upon full completion of course requirements.
